The controversial British artist Damien Hirst (b. 1965) has distinguished himself as one of the most influential artists of our time. Hirst is known for installations and objects that combine unusual materials and techniques, and his works exist often in the borderland between art, science, media culture and popular culture. In this exhibition, the museum presents Hirst’s artistic achievement through a selection of his works from the early 1990’s to today.
