O ever-renewing hope, you refused to burn.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Palestinian poet and entrepreneur Ibrahim Nasser presents his poem fire, homeland, paradise<\/em>, written in response to the video installation Oh shining star testify<\/em> (2016\u201319) by artist duo Basel Abbas and Ruanne Abou-Rahme. First shown in the artists\u2019 2023 exhibition at Astrup Fearnley Museet, the installation is now part of the museum\u2019s collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This encounter between poetry and visual art invites the audience into a shared experience inside the work, followed by a serving of Palestinian herbal tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
