Redoubt,<\/em> by artist and director Matthew Barney, creator of the CREMASTER Cycle<\/em>, DRAWING RESTRAINT 9,<\/em> and the film opera River of Fundament<\/em>, unfolds as a series of hunts in the wilderness of Idaho\u2019s Sawtooth Mountains. The characters communicate a mythological narrative through dance, letting movement replace language as they pursue each other and their prey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event is part of Before Tomorrow Live \u2013 a program of performance, talks, sound, and screenings as an extension of the anniversary exhibition Before Tomorrow<\/em> \u2013 Astrup Fearnley Museet 30 Years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
